1. INFORMATION
   • These terms and conditions (Terms) comprise the terms of entry into the Ausso Instant Win Giveaway (the Promotion). By entering the Promotion, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms.
   • The Promotion is conducted by Azure Group Ventures Pty Ltd trading as AUSSO (ABN 67 674 294 378) (the Promoter) having its registered office at 2/53 Yuilles Road, Mornington 3931 Victoria (Promoter’s Address).
   • These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Promoter’s general terms and conditions accessible at the following link: https://ausso.com/terms-and-conditions/ (General Terms). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the General Terms in respect of the Promotion, the General Terms prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
   • Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, all times and dates specified are the times and dates in Melbourne, Australia, which may be in the time zones AEST or AEDT depending on the date.
2. PROMOTION DETAILS
   • The Promotion is an instant win giveaway. Entrants who purchase a Power Pass (as defined in clause 2below) will receive a corresponding number of entries into the Promotion as applies to the relevant Power Pass. Details of the number of entries that applies to each Power Pass can be found at https://ausso.com/memberships/.
   • Each entry into the Promotion has an equal chance of winning a prize in the Promotion that is available at the time the entrant enters the Promotion.
   • The Promotion will be conducted from 00:01 on 01/06/2025 to 23:59 on 08/06/2025 (Promotion Period).
   • The Promotion consists of a number of individual instant win prizes competitions offered to entrants during the Promotion Period.
3. ENTRY CONDITIONS/ELIGIBILITY
   • Entry is open to all Australian residents (excluding residents of South Australia) over the age of eighteen (18) excluding employees, directors, officers, managers and other staff (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, or of the agencies and companies associated with the Promotion (together, the Promoter’s Associates).
   • To enter the Promotion, an entrant must purchase a Power Pass through the website ausso.com or through the Promoter’s social media pages during the Promotion Period (a Power Pass).
   • The Promotion is open to the first 10,000 number of entries conferred during the Promotion Period. An entrant may purchase multiple Power Passes and obtain multiple entries during the Promotion Period.
   • When purchasing a Power Pass, entrants are prompted to provide the following details:
     • name;
     • address;
     • phone number;
     • date of birth; and
     • email address.
   • It is the responsibility of an entrant to ensure that their personal details provided in order to enter the Promotion are accurate and correct. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries that are incorrect or indecipherable.
   • The corresponding number of entries for each Power Pass, as set out at https://ausso.com/memberships/, will be automatically allocated to an entrant upon purchase of the Power Pass. Entries can only be obtained through the purchase of a Power Pass.
   • Entrants will receive an online message to their nominated email address confirming that the entrant has received an entry or entries into the Promotion. This email will inform entrants of the entry numbers (Entry Numbers) allocated to each entry.
   • Entry Numbers are allocated randomly to entrants using an electronic random number generator. The Promoter reserves the right to use an alternative entry allocation and winner selection method, including a live draw, if its electronic software becomes unavailable for any reason during the Promotion period.
   • An entrant may enter the Promotion more than once.
4. PRIZE DETAILS
   • An Entry Number is designated in advance as a winning Entry Number (Winning Number) for each instant win prize.
   • If an Entry Number matches a Winning Number for an instant win prize, as set out in column 2 in the table at [4] below, that entrant will win the corresponding prize.
   • A Winning Number entitles an entrant to claim the relevant instant win prize that corresponds to that Winning Number.
   • Details of the instant win prizes which will be available over the course of the Promotion Period are set out in the table below:

• If, due to circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, any of the prizes set out in the table above becomes unavailable, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, substitute the prize (or a part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value, including in the form of cash.

5. DETERMINATION & NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
   • Entrants will win a prize if their Entry Number matches a Winning Number.
   • Winning entrants will be immediately notified whether their Entry Number is a Winning Number upon purchase of a Power Pass. Entrants will also be informed by email sent within 1 hour of the purchase of a Power Pass using the details provided by the entrant when entering the Promotion.
   • The name of winning entrants will be published on the Ausso website (ausso.com/winners) within 24 hours of the end of the Promotion Period. The name of winning entrants will be displayed for a minimum of 28 days.
6. CLAIMING OF PRIZES
   • Prizes will be shipped to winning entrants at the Promoter’s expense within 30 days of an Entry Number being matched with a Winning Number.
   • Entrants are not required to be present at the Promoter’s Address or any other location in order to win a prize in the Promotion.
7. UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
   • If any winning entrant is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize or verify their information to the satisfaction of the Promoter, or has been found to have breached these Terms or is unable to be contacted by the Promoter within 3 months of their Entry Number being matched with a Winning Number, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant from the Promotion (and their eligibility to receive any prizes).
   • In the case that a winning entrant is disqualified or has not claimed a prize within 3 months of their Entry Number being matched with a Winning Number, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted by the Promoter, subject to any directions from a relevant regulatory authority. The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the Promoter’s Address. The unclaimed prize draw will be a random draw conducted in relation to all remaining Entry Numbers. The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted electronically using https://www.randomdraws.com.au/. The Entry Number which is chosen at random via the unclaimed prize draw will be deemed to be the winner of the relevant unclaimed instant win prize.
8. GENERAL
   • The Promoter reserves the right to vary or amend these Terms without prior notice, subject to the approval of any Australian regulator (if required). It is your responsibility to make sure that you are familiar with the current version of these Terms. The Promoter will endeavour to provide entrants with reasonable prior notice of any material changes to these Terms where practicable via email notification to an entrant’s nominated email address.
   • The Promoter reserves the right, at any time and for any purpose, to request that entrants provide the promoter with proof of purchase of an eligible Power Pass. Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in the Promoter invalidating all of an entrant’s entries into the Promotion and the entrant’s forfeiture of any right to a prize in the Promotion.
   • The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to request verification of the entries of entrants (including an entrant’s name, age and address). The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached any of these Terms or has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct or conduct which has the potential to adversely impact the conduct of the Promotion.
   • Entrants must not attempt to manipulate the Promotion, including by contacting any of the Promoter’s Associates.
   • The use of any automated entry software or other electronic tools which allows or facilitates an entrant to automatically enter the Promotion is prohibited.
   • Any decision of the Promoter relating to the conduct of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   • The Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in relation to any loss or damage, including costs, suffered in connection with any breach of these Terms by an entrant. Entrants agree to indemnify the Promoter for these losses, damages and costs.
   • The Promoter may modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or invalidate any entry without prior notice for any reason which is outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), COVID-19 (or other pandemic) restrictions, infection by computer virus, telephone network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
   • If any provision or part of any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.
9. LIABILITY
   • The Promoter, including the Promoter’s Associates and other associated agencies and companies, exclude all liability (including negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including any applicable Consumer Guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way out of the Promotion. This includes, but is not limited to:
     • any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not within the Promoter’s control), including any issues associated with the communication of incomplete or incorrect information as a result of any technical difficulties or equipment malfunctions;
     • any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter); or
     • the acceptance or use of any prize.
   • The Promoter has no control over communications networks or services and accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
   • The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.

10. PRIVACY
    • By entering into this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges and consents to the Promoter (and its related bodies corporate) accessing, collecting and using an entrant’s personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at ausso.com/privacy-policy.
    • By entering into the Promotion, an entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including fulfillment of the prize, marketing and advertising of the Promotion and publicity of the outcome of the Promotion (such as the announcement of winners).
    • Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may disclose an entrant’s personal information to third parties for the purposes of conducting the Promotion (including promotional, marketing and publicity purposes) and delivering the prize, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
    • Information about entrants may also be used by the Promoter, its agents, assignees, contractors and related bodies corporate for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and direct mail and promotional campaigns unless an entrant otherwise withdraws their consent to the use of their information in this manner.
