Ausso Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions

Introduction 

Azure Group Ventures PTY LTD trading as AUSSO (ABN 67 674 294 378) (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”), Trade Permit (TP/03268) administers the Ausso platform, which offers an extensive library of automotive articles, and governs your use of our website located at ausso.com (the “Site”), the Ausso Members platform made available through the Site (the “Software”), and the information, content, features, and services provided through the Site (collectively, the “Service”).

YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICE, OR THE PURCHASE OF OUR MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES OR GUEST PASSES, SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CONSTITUTES YOUR BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS, INCLUDING ANY MODIFICATIONS THAT AUSSO MAKES FROM TIME TO TIME.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Site or the Service. Ausso may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site, and you agree that you will be bound by any changes to these terms. Ausso may make changes to the Site and/or the Service at any time. You understand that Ausso may discontinue or restrict your use of the Site and/or the Service for any reason or without notice.

Unless otherwise specified in these terms and conditions, all times and dates specified are the times and dates in Melbourne, Australia, which may be in the time zones AEST or AEDT depending on the date.

Azure Group Ventures PTY LTD trading as AUSSO (ABN 67 674 294 378) is conducting a Prize Promotion (“Contest”) for individuals (“Participants”). The Contest will commence on 6th July 2025, at 00:00 and conclude on 13th July 2025, at 20:30. The draw will take place at 21:00 on 13th July 2025. The winner will be drawn and contacted immediately via phone or email.

Conditions of Entry 

Participants are eligible to enter the Contest by purchasing one of our official Membership Packages or by a one-off Guest Pass purchase which automatically enters the Contest. Details on Membership Packages are available at https://ausso.com/membership/.

1. Entry is open to all Australian residents (excluding residents of South Australia) over the age of eighteen (18) excluding employees, directors, officers, managers and other staff (and their immediate families) of Azure Group Ventures PTY LTD trading as AUSSO (ABN 67 674 294 378) and its related bodies corporate, or of the agencies and companies associated with the Contest (together, the Azure Group Ventures PTY LTD trading as AUSSO (ABN 67 674 294 378) Associates).
2. When purchasing one of our official Membership Packages or a one-off Guest Pass, Participants are prompted to provide the following details:
   1. name;
   2. address;
   3. phone number;
   4. date of birth; and
   5. email address.
3. It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their personal details provided in order to enter the Contest are accurate and correct. Azure Group Ventures PTY LTD trading as AUSSO (ABN 67 674 294 378) takes no responsibility for any entries that are incorrect or indecipherable.
4. Participants will receive an online message to their nominated email address confirming that the Participant  has received an entry or entries into the Contest. This email will inform Participants of the entry numbers (Entry Numbers) allocated to each entry.
5. Entry Numbers are allocated randomly to Participants using an electronic random number generator. Azure Group Ventures PTY LTD trading as AUSSO (ABN 67 674 294 378) reserves the right to use an alternative entry allocation and winner selection method, including a live draw, if its electronic software becomes unavailable for any reason.
6. Participants may enter the Contest more than once.

Entry Methods 

Purchase a Membership Package or Guest Pass at www.ausso.com or through our social media links.

Prize Details

The total prize pool is valued at $1,000, with prizes drawn in the specified order. No bonus pries will be awarded.

1st prize: $1,000 cash (valued at $1,000)

Draw Method

The winner will be drawn using randomdraws.com.au, Australia’s only government-approved Random Number Generator. Ausso reserves the right to use an alternative draw method if we are unable to use randomdraws.com.au for any reason.

Winner Announcement 

Winners will be announced on https://ausso.com/winners/ at 22:00 on 13th July 2025.

Prize Issuance

Prizes will be issued within 30 days of the draw. For unclaimed prizes after 90 days, we reserve the right to redraw a new winner using the same method as before. Redraw winners will be published as previously stated.

Purchases 

All purchases of Membership Packages are final and non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law. Every Membership Package has access to our digital content with an additional free entry which has an equal chance of winning. One entrant can win multiple prizes.

Ausso’s Representation and Warranties 

• The Contest promotes the Ausso brand.
• No sale of Prize Promotion tickets – Membership Packages grants free entries to the Prize Promotion at no additional cost.
• Entries into promotional prizes are for Ausso customers only and cannot be purchased separately.
• The Contest is funded entirely by Azure Group Ventures PTY LTD trading as AUSSO (ABN 67 674 294 378) and may be promoted by third parties.
• Ausso reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes a cash alternative.

 

Participant’s Representation and Warranties 

Participants shall not attempt to manipulate Contest results by contacting any Ausso affiliates, employees, sponsors, or partners.

DISCLAIMER 

By entering the Contest, Participants agree that:

• Disputes will be resolved individually, not in any form of class action.
• Claims are limited to out-of-pocket costs, excluding legal fees.
• Participants waive rights to claim punitive or consequential damages.
• Ausso is not liable for website access issues, electronic or computer malfunctions, or issues with Contest entry receipt.
• Ausso reserves the right to disqualify any Participant tampering with the Contest and to suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest due to unauthorized intervention or technical failures.
• The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
• If they win the prize promotion, the winner allows Ausso to the use their name, photo and likeness for promotional purposes as required under law.

 

Final Provisions 

• Ausso assumes no responsibility for entry problems due to technical malfunctions. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the Contest is a legal offense. Ausso may seek legal damages against such actions.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Prize Promotion T&Cs and any other T&Cs incorporated by reference into this agreement, including but not limited to the Ausso website T&Cs, the Ausso website T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency. For the avoidance of doubt, where no conflict or inconsistency exists, the terms of both documents shall apply cumulatively.
