1. Introduction

Azure Group Ventures PTY LTD trading as AUSSO (ABN 67 674 294 378), Trade Permit (TP/03268) administers the Ausso platform, which offers an extensive library of automotive articles, and governs your use of our website located at ausso.com (the “Site”), the Ausso Members platform made available through the Site (the “Software”), and the information, content, features, and services provided through the Site (collectively, the “Service”).

YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICE, OR THE PURCHASE OF OUR MEMBERSHIP PLANS OR GUEST PASSES, SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CONSTITUTES YOUR BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS, INCLUDING ANY MODIFICATIONS THAT AUSSO MAKES FROM TIME TO TIME.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Site or the Service. Ausso may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site, and you agree that you will be bound by any changes to these terms. Ausso may make changes to the Site and/or the Service at any time. You understand that Ausso may discontinue or restrict your use of the Site and/or the Service for any reason or without notice.

1. Privacy Policy

By purchasing a Membership Plan and using our platform or purchasing a Guest Pass, you represent that you have read and consent to our Privacy Policy in addition to these terms. Ausso may revise the Privacy Policy at any time, and the new versions will be available on the Site. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using the Site and/or the Service.

1. The Services

The Ausso Site is dedicated to providing specialised content tailored for automotive enthusiasts. This content can be accessed through membership or timie limited passes.  

Our membership offerings include access to digital articles, a personalized member’s dashboard, and a variety of exclusive member benefits. Additionally, we offer Guest Passes, available for purchase by both members and non-members. These passes grant the holder unlimited access to a selected range of articles from our collection for a specified period. The access under these passes includes a predetermined quantity of exclusive articles, the details of which are outlined in the specific terms of each pass. Ausso reserves the unilateral right to modify, alter, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, including content and access privileges, at its sole discretion, without prior notice or incurring any liability.

Ausso supports all registered and official Australian and international Business Partners of the Ausso Network. For registration, contact support@ausso.com.

1. Account Creation and Maintenance

You must provide accurate Registration Information and maintain the confidentiality of your password. Ausso is not liable for loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Account sharing or transfer is prohibited. Notify Ausso immediately of unauthorised use of your account.

1. Termination of Account

You have no ownership rights in your Account. Ausso may terminate your Account and User Content for any reason, including violations of these terms.

1. 1. Membership 

• Membership Packages

The Membership packages are monthly recurring subscriptions to the Ausso platform, billed until voluntarily terminated by you or terminated in accordance with these terms. Three tiers of memberships are available:

To enroll in an Ausso Membership, you must be at least 18 years old.

• Membership Changes

You may request upgrades or downgrades of your Membership Plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades will take effect at the commencement of the subsequent billing cycle.

• Membership Termination

Cancellations can be done directly in the Members Profile dashboard at https://ausso.com/my-account/ or via email at support@ausso.com. Upon cancellation, future payments cease, and accrued benefits are forfeited.

• Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Membership Packages and Guest Passes are non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law. For issues amounting to major failures, we offer rectification or a refund. Changes of mind or misunderstandings are not valid reasons for refunds or exchanges.

• Payment Failures

The system will attempt to bill your account four times every five days after an initial payment failure. After the fourth attempt, your subscription will be terminated, and loyalty streaks will be lost.

1. Guest Passes

Guest Passes offer temporary access to our services and the Ausso platform. Various Passes exist, each with unique advantages:

Members and Non-members can purchase Guest Passes.  

Members can use Guest Passes to gain access to additional articles. 

Non-members can buy short term passes without the commitment of subscribing to a monthly membership.

To purchase a Guest Pass to Ausso, you must be at least 18 years old.

1. 1. Prize Promotions

• How to enter

By being a member or by purchasing access to the site you will be entered in Ausso Prize Promotions. Each pass purchase entitles you to a set number of entries, with the number depending on the pass type.

Members also receive monthly bonus entries based on their membership tier. Pioneer, Explorer, and GOAT members receive free entries into monthly prize promotions.

• Accumulation of Guest Passes

You can acquire multiple Passes, accumulating access days to the Ausso’s premium content database and total entries to specific Prize Promotions.

1. Services Agreement

By using our site and/or services, or by purchasing our membership plans, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions, including any future modifications. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using our services. Note that we may amend these terms at any time, and your continued use signifies acceptance of any changes.

1. Use of Site and Service

You must comply with all laws and respect intellectual property rights when using the Site and Service. You must not interfere with the operation of the Site and Service or use them for illegal activities.

1. Third-Party Products, Services, and Discounts

These are provided for the benefit of our members and are subject to third-party terms and policies.

1. Hyperlinks

Links to and from the Site are subject to Ausso’s linking policy and consent.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is the property of Ausso and is protected under law. Do not reproduce or use Ausso’s intellectual property without permission.

1. Liability

While we uphold all legal obligations concerning goods and services under the Competition and Consumer Act (2010), our liability is limited, except where prohibited by law.

You are accountable for any tax implications arising from your use of the Ausso platform. We retain the right to exclude or suspend members for inappropriate behavior or breaches of the law. Assignment of rights under these terms is subject to our prior written consent. Certain terms persist following termination. All references to currency are in Australian dollars. 

We reserve the right to amend these terms with notice. We may discontinue offering memberships with reasonable notice. These terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia.

These terms are governed by Australian law. The Contest is void where prohibited.

Ausso reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and members agree to be bound by these changes.
