Introduction
Azure Group Ventures PTY LTD trading as AUSSO (ABN 67 674 294 378) (“Ausso”), administers the Ausso platform, which offers an extensive library of automotive articles, and governs your use of our website located at ausso.com (the “Site”), the Ausso Members platform made available through the Site (the “Software”), and the information, content, features, and services provided through the Site (collectively, the “Service”).
YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICE, OR THE PURCHASE OF OUR MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES, GUEST PASSES OR POWER PASSES, SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Terms”) AND CONSTITUTES YOUR BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS, INCLUDING ANY MODIFICATIONS THAT AUSSO MAKES FROM TIME TO TIME.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or the Service. Ausso may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the Site, and you agree that you will be bound by any changes to these Terms. Ausso may make changes to the Site and/or the Service at any time. You understand that Ausso may discontinue or restrict your use of the Site and/or the Service for any reason or without notice. Ausso will endeavour to provide you with reasonable prior notice of any material changes to these Terms where practicable via email notification.
Privacy Policy
By purchasing a Membership Package (Ausso Membership), Guest Pass or Power Pass and using the Site or the Service, you represent that you have read and consent to our Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms. Ausso may revise the Privacy Policy at any time, and the new versions will be available on the Site. Significant changes to the Privacy Policy will be notified to all users via email, if practicable. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using the Site and/or the Service.
The Service
The Ausso Site is dedicated to providing specialised content tailored for automotive enthusiasts. This content can be accessed through Membership Packages or time-limited passes.
Membership Packages include access to digital articles, a personalised member’s dashboard, and a variety of exclusive member benefits.
Additionally, we offer Guest Passes, available for purchase by both holders of an Ausso Membership and non-members. These Guest Passes grant the holder unlimited access to all of our articles for a specified period. The access under these Guest Passes includes a predetermined quantity of exclusive articles, the details of which are outlined in the specific terms of each pass. Ausso reserves the unilateral right to modify, alter, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, including content and access privileges, at its sole discretion, without prior notice or incurring any liability.
We also offer Power Passes for purchase. Power Passes may be purchased by both holders of an Ausso Membership and non-members and grant the holder unlimited access to all of our articles for a specified period. The access under these Power Passes includes a predetermined quantity of exclusive articles, the details of which are outlined in the specific terms of each pass. Ausso reserves the unilateral right to modify, alter, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, including content and access privileges, at its sole discretion, without prior notice or incurring any liability.
Ausso provides users who purchase either a Membership Package or a Guest Pass with access to free-to-enter giveaways (Giveaways). Ausso provides users who purchase a Power Pass with access to free-to-enter instant win giveaways (Instant Win Giveaways).
All references to currency in these Terms are to Australian dollars.
Account Creation and Maintenance
In order to access the Service, users are required to purchase an Ausso Membership, Guest Pass or Power Pass.
An Ausso Membership, Guest Pass and/or Power Pass requires users to open an account through the Site (Account).
When signing up for an Account through the Site, you are required to provide us with your first name, last name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth and a password (Registration Information).
You must provide accurate Registration Information and maintain the confidentiality of your password. Ausso is not liable for loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Account sharing or transfer is prohibited and may result in termination of your Account. You must notify Ausso immediately of any unauthorised use of your Account. Users can update their Registration Information via their dashboard on https://ausso.com/my-account. Each user is permitted to create and maintain only one Account. Creating or using multiple Accounts is prohibited. If a user is found to have more than one Account, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend any or all of their Accounts at our sole discretion. Furthermore, any prizes, rewards, or benefits won or earned by a user found to be in violation of this policy will be forfeited and will not be awarded.
Termination of Account
Ausso Memberships
Ausso Memberships are available through the purchase of Membership Packages. Upon purchase of a Membership Package, you obtain an Ausso Membership.
Membership Packages entitle you to a monthly recurring subscription to the Service. Membership Packages are purchased through an ongoing subscription fee, billed monthly in advance until voluntarily terminated by you or terminated in accordance with these Terms. Three tiers of memberships are available:

Ausso Membership Changes
You may request upgrades or downgrades of your Ausso Membership’s Membership Package. Upgrades take effect immediately and any difference in price is prorated. Downgrades will take effect at the commencement of the subsequent billing cycle. Your Membership Package can only be changed once per billing cycle.
Ausso Membership Termination
Ausso Memberships are paid monthly in advance. Cancellations of Ausso Memberships can be done directly in the Members Profile dashboard at https://ausso.com/my-account/ or via email at [email protected]. Immediately upon cancellation, future automatic payments cease, however, access to membership benefits remains until the end of the billing cycle.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Membership Packages, Guest Passes and Power Passes are non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law. For issues amounting to major failures, we offer rectification or a refund. Changes of mind or misunderstandings are not valid reasons for refunds or exchanges. To discuss a refund, return or exchange, email us at [email protected].
Payment Failures
Guest Passes
Members (i.e. holders of Ausso Memberships) and non-members can purchase Guest Passes. An Ausso Membership is not required to purchase a Guest Pass.
Guest Passes grant time-limited access to the entirety of the Ausso article database.
Guest Passes cannot be shared, transferred, extended or refunded.

To purchase a Guest Pass to Ausso, you must be at least 18 years old.
Power Passes
Members (i.e. holders of Ausso Memberships) and non-members can purchase Power Passes. An Ausso Membership is not required to purchase a Power Pass.
Power Passes grant time-limited access to the entirety of the Ausso article database.
Power Passes cannot be shared, transferred, extended or refunded.

To purchase a Power Pass to Ausso, you must be at least 18 years old.
Power Passes do not entitle holders to entry in Giveaways. Rather, Power Passes entitle holders to access into various Instant Win Giveaways, as set out on the https://ausso.com/memberships/ webpage.
Giveaways
How to enter
By holding an Ausso Membership or by purchasing a Guest Pass, you will be entered in relevant Ausso Giveaways. Each purchase of an Ausso Membership or a Guest Pass entitles you to a set number of free entries in relevant Giveaways, with the number depending on the membership tier or the type of Guest Pass purchased (as relevant).
Holders of an active Ausso Membership also receive monthly bonus entries into Giveaways based on their membership tier.
Accumulation of Guest Passes
You can acquire multiple Guest Passes. Guest Passes are cumulative.
Winners of Live Draws will be determined by random draws using randomdraws.com.au. Winners of Automated Draws will be drawn automatically using electronic random drawing software. The draw type can be identified on the Giveaway page. Winners will be notified by phone, email or SMS.
Instant Win Giveaways
How to enter
By holding a Power Pass, you will be entered in relevant Ausso Instant Win Giveaways. Each purchase of a Power Pass entitles you to a set number of free entries in relevant Instant Win Giveaways, with the number depending on the type of Power Pass purchased (as relevant).
Accumulation of Power Passes

Our Guarantee
We guarantee that in the event that the stated prize cannot be delivered for any reason, or if the winner is unable to pay applicable taxes, we reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equivalent value of the original prize. Please note that all Membership Packages, Giveaways and Instant Win Giveaways are governed by our Terms, which outline the full details of participation and prize fulfilment.

Ausso is not responsible or liable for any third-party products, services, or promotions that may be associated with this offer. Any issues, disputes, or liabilities arising from third-party products, services, or promotions are solely the responsibility of the respective third party. Ausso disclaims all liability, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, in connection with such third-party matters. Users are encouraged to review the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and other relevant documentation provided by third parties before engaging with their products or services.
